Job Overview

A key role in our Technology Project Office involves leading cross-functional programs that span technology, process, and organisational change.

This position requires a professional to deliver complex, large-scale projects with enterprise-wide impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple large-scale projects with far-reaching consequences.
  • Oversee program risks, interdependencies, and governance frameworks.
  • Develop strong relationships with executives, stakeholders, and governance bodies.
  • Guide and mentor project managers and teams for consistent high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish effective communication, reporting, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead the establishment of a Technology PMO, setting up frameworks, governance, and best practices to drive excellence across digital and technology projects.
  • Prepare the organisation for sustainable change, ensuring new solutions are embedded and sustainable.
  • Champion the safe use of AI-assisted tools to drive efficiency and innovation in project delivery.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project managers, ensuring alignment to business priorities and delivery excellence.

About You

  • 10+ years' experience delivering large, multi-stream projects in enterprise settings.
  • Proven success applying project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, SAFe) in hybrid environments.
  • Strong track record managing projects with significant schedules and enterprise impact.
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Experience building governance frameworks and reporting at portfolio level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate business benefits.
  • Background in IT and software development lifecycle.
  • Relevant project management certifications.
