Skincare Specialist Position: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Skincare Specialist to join our team in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by projecting a positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor to both customers and colleagues.">
  • Actively work on the floor to engage with customers, demonstrate products, and provide personalized skincare advice to ensure client satisfaction.">
  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to deliver accurate recommendations and outstanding customer service.">
  • Maintain a high level of skincare expertise to share best practices and inspire customers to explore our skincare range.">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.">

Requirements:

">
  • Proven experience working as a Skincare Specialist in a retail or similar environment.">
  • Pharmacy knowledge is highly desirable but not essential.">
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.">
  • A flexible schedule that includes working Saturdays is required.">
  • Certificate or diploma qualifications in skincare are highly desirable.">

Working Hours: 24-38 hours per week
