As a Skincare Therapist, you will deliver exceptional skincare experiences to clients by showcasing your expertise in beauty trends and skin treatments. This role involves providing personalized consultations, facial massages, and sharing skincare knowledge with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough skincare consultations and propose tailored programs to achieve client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and share knowledge with clients and team members
- Coach Beauty Advisors on skincare best practices and influence category performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to retain and recruit new business
- Expertise in beauty trends and skin treatments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage clients and team members
- Proactive attitude and ability to self-learn and adapt to new skincare techniques
- Professional certification in beauty therapy or equivalent diploma/certificate
