Description of the Role

The Village Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the village, including maintenance, service coordination, and resident support. They will embody our values of connectivity, opportunity, kindness, fun, and leadership.

  • You possess strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial reporting.">
  • You have proven experience in asset management, ideally within property, facilities, or retirement living.">
  • You are proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to resident wellbeing.">
  • You have operational management experience with strong organisational, consultative, and negotiation skills.">
  • You are computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online applications.">
  • You are resilient, able to think on your feet, and handle challenges with ease.">
  • You are customer-centric, putting residents' needs and satisfaction first.">
  • You are a people person with a genuine love for working with seniors.">
  • You are compassionate, understanding the unique needs of independent living seniors.">
