About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and passionate Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional service in our esteemed establishment. If you have a flair for creating memorable guest experiences and a background in the industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our food and beverage offerings, including daily specials and menu items, to assist guests with their choices and answer any queries.
  • Accurately take and process food and drink orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Set up and clear tables, ensure proper table settings, and attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, including refills and special requests.
Requirements
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience in a hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment.
  • A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5-star grooming standards.
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work 3 - 5 days a week.
