We are seeking a talented and experienced Culinary Excellence Lead to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences, in collaboration with dietitians and nutritionists.
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff in maintaining efficient inventory management, minimizing waste, and optimizing budget allocation.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure meals meet exceptional standards in taste, appearance, and portion sizes.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among kitchen staff.
- Degree in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or related field, or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in kitchen leadership, menu planning, and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control procedures.
