Retirement Village & Project Leader

Demonstrate leadership by guiding village operations in the absence of permanent managers, and spearhead projects that drive innovation and enhance resident satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct people, operations, and customer experience across diverse village settings.
  • Built strong relationships with residents, committees, contractors, and team members to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with legislation and relevant policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to achieve regional and organisational goals.
  • Take on initiatives that promote efficiency, sustainability, safety, and resident satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
  • Leadership experience in Retirement Living or a service-oriented setting.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to confidently work with legislation, budgets, and compliance processes.
