**About the role**:
Based in Elderslie, a unique permanent full-time opportunity has become available for an experienced Retirement Living professional to manage the Angus Bristow Village in Elderslie & Warena Village in Bangor.

As the Village Manager of Angus Bristow and Warena Villages, you will be responsible for the efficient, effective and professional delivery of services to residents and the operations of the two villages.

**About you**:
To be considered, you will have:

- Prior experience as a Retirement Village Manager, or significant management experience in a customer-focused industry such as hospitality/service delivery
- Excellent management and interpersonal skills including experience with managing a diverse team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for interacting with older people and empathy towards them
- The ability to demonstrate a balanced blend of a customer-focus, caring culture and commercial acumen
- The ability to demonstrate a high degree of success in delivering great customer experience
- An understanding of, and experience with, the Retirement Villages Act - not essential but highly advantageous
- A Drivers License and ability to travel between Elderslie and Bangor from time-to-time
