Role Overview

We seek a skilled professional to drive new investments and asset management initiatives in a rapidly growing energy investment and development platform.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing investment transactions and managing energy infrastructure assets, while working closely with senior management and external stakeholders to assess new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading financial analysis, valuation modelling (DCF, cash flow), and investment structuring.
  • Managing transaction diligence, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
  • Overseeing integration and growth initiatives within the portfolio.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure funds, energy development, or related sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with expertise in infrastructure and energy assets.
  • Experience managing workstreams in live M&A transactions.
  • A track record of successfully structuring and executing complex commercial arrangements.
