The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests
  • Checking in and out guests
  • Modifying and adjusting guest bookings
  • Promoting hotel services and amenities
  • Making suggestions to guests based on your knowledge of the area
  • Attending to guest inquiries and resolving issues
  • Supporting the Front Office management team

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will have previous experience in a front office or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to our unique Ovolo culture.
