Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering occupational therapy services to older adults in the community.

This is a permanent position offering full flexibility across Sydney metro, with work tailored to your home location and no office-based requirement. You will manage a caseload of Home Care Package clients aged 75+, conducting in-home assessments and functional reviews.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of aged care clients (75+) in their homes across Sydney
  • Focus on home modifications, assessments, recommendations, and reviews
  • Fully work-from-home model - no clinic/office attendance required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Background in community care or aged care preferred
  • AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
  • Strong clinical reasoning, independence, and time management skills
