Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, cold and warm lead outbound calling, and other sales strategies.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase overall customer value.
    • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve targeted business goals.
  • Product Knowledge and Technical Support
    • Develop and maintain a broad range of technical product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and provide technical information regarding Access' products.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Build and foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or business environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritize work.
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
