At Salt Recruitment, we are partnering with a renowned creative and digital marketing agency to find an exceptional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for their People and Culture (P&C) team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Director and be responsible for leading the HR function, providing strategic guidance, and coaching a small team to achieve business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join a dynamic organization and make a meaningful impact on the team's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR operations, including escalated ER matters.
  • Drive the development and enhancement of the P&C framework.
  • Support and contribute to the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Create and implement initiatives to boost team engagement and performance.
  • Develop and manage training and L&D programs.
  • Coach and develop staff and stakeholders to foster growth and alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven HR qualifications and experience in a similar role with a background in managing diverse ER matters.
  • Worked with creative stakeholders and understanding of marketing digital marketing stakeholders.
  • A hands-on approach with a passion for contributing to strategy and HR operations.
  • Deep understanding of Australian HR legislation and best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and the development of people.
