Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage client transactions
  • Manage client inquiries and provide high levels of service
  • Provide quotations and maintain accurate records
  • Produce regular production reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain system databases with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform any other duties as required by management

Team Dynamics

Candidates will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a friendly team and report directly to the Management Team.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess recent experience in general insurance. A strong working knowledge of Excel and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.
