About the Role

As our Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and operational efficiency across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our ongoing growth and diversification strategy.

  • Manage maintenance and capital project budgets with strategic foresight
  • Enhance equipment reliability through proactive maintenance programs that minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, BRC) by implementing robust quality control measures
  • Champion safety and regulatory standards across all sites, fostering a culture of responsibility and accountability
Your Key Strengths

We are looking for a motivated leader with a proven track record of inspiring teams and guiding them through periods of growth and change. Your strong communication skills, combined with a solid operational background in manufacturing or FMCG, have equipped you with the expertise to improve systems, profitability, and supply chain efficiency.

  • Proven experience in maintenance or manufacturing with a focus on process improvement
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process) with a passion for innovation and problem-solving
  • Technical skills in plant design, commissioning, and safety protocols
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a safety-first mindset
