Strategic Architecture Lead

We are seeking a visionary thinker to spearhead our enterprise architecture initiatives, driving strategic alignment and digital transformation. This role will lead the development of enterprise-wide architectural principles, standards, and policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and maintain enterprise-wide architectural frameworks, aligning with long-term business strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing technology roadmaps and ensuring integration across legacy systems and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and manage architecture governance processes, ensuring compliance and optimal technology investments.
  • Oversee the translation of business strategy into actionable enterprise architecture plans.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise architecture, strategic planning, and leadership.
  • Experience in leading architecture in complex transformation programs, leveraging knowledge of cloud, SaaS, and legacy systems.
  • Strong understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, or Zachman, with proficiency in aviation regulatory frameworks (e.g. CASA, IATA, ICAO).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven ability to influence senior leaders and build consensus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA is highly regarded.
