Be the engineering visionary who powers reliability, drives automation, and protects a high-performing team—where every project, upgrade, and innovation matters.
Lead engineering and asset management at a leading manufacturing site in South Brisbane.
Report to the General Manager and be part of the leadership team that drives growth and portfolio diversification.
Manage maintenance and capital project budgets
Boost equipment reliability with proactive maintenance programs
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, BRC)
Champion safety and regulatory standards across sites
About You
You are a motivated leader with a reputation for inspiring your team.
You excel at communication and have a proven track record of guiding teams through growth and change.
With a solid operational background, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG, you have successfully improved systems, boosted profitability, and enhanced supply chain efficiency.
You are skilled in planning, negotiation, influencing, and innovation.
Key strengths include:
Proven experience in maintenance or manufacturing
Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Process)
Technical skills in plant design, commissioning, and safety
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Safety-first mindset with experience in PTW, LOTO, induction systems
