Marketing Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Associate to join our team at Robert Walters Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of marketing plans, working closely with the Channel Marketing Manager to support the marketing efforts of our Australian business.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Australian investment management industry, including investment products, and possess exceptional project management and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing plans
  • Working with design and paid media agencies to ensure timely production and delivery of paid media assets
  • Coordinating with external vendors in the production of email newsletters, webcasts, and client marketing campaigns
  • Supporting the marketing team in executing marketing events
  • Gathering and analysing metrics for marketing-related activities, preparing campaign and post-event reports
  • Conducting competitor research to identify marketing trends and insights
  • Ensuring all materials produced are fully compliant with regulations

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
