We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead our Uninsured Recoveries team. This is a key role in managing motor recovery claims and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills, with experience in coaching and building high-performing teams. They will also have a strong focus on driving results and achieving targets.

  • Drive team engagement, motivation, and recognition
  • Set clear performance targets and ensure consistent achievement
  • Ensure all claims are handled in line with policies, procedures, authority limits, and legislative requirements
  • Apply strategic negotiation and communication skills to maximise success
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
  • Analyse recovery trends and data to identify opportunities for process enhancements
