About This Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Professional to join our Client Success team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders and sponsors.
  2. Manage nominated clients' IT needs through effective service delivery.
  3. Maintain and enhance existing client relationships by providing high-quality service.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for each nominated client.
  5. Establish and maintain Client Success Plans with regular meetings for your clients.
  6. Conduct strategic account reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improve client satisfaction.
  7. Identify and address 'at risk' clients to ensure retention.
  8. Collaborate with the Service team to ensure resources are available to support clients' IT needs.
  9. Address product-related queries promptly.
  10. Build and manage sales pipelines for nominated clients.
  11. Prepare and follow up quotes and proposals for nominated clients.
  12. Identify potential new business opportunities that align with Lyra's strategy.
  13. Lead teamwork and collaboration to drive client success.
  14. Assist the Sales Coordinator with complex proposal development, where required.
  15. Understand and develop training programs to ensure high-level understanding of technology solutions.
  16. Analyze client systems and advise on upgrades or additional features.
  17. Support client projects to ensure successful completion, when necessary.
  18. Contribute to developing and streamlining Client Success policies, processes, and procedures.
  19. Support Lyra's growth and development.
