Service Technician Role

This position is for a highly skilled Service Technician with expertise in servicing and overhauling pumps. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in receiving, identifying faults, and rebuilding pumps to OEM condition.

The successful applicant will possess strong communication skills, the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and exceptional customer service skills. They will also be required to have a Trade Certificate - Mechanical Fitter or equivalent, as well as a C Class drivers licence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving damaged pumps and assessing their condition
  • Identifying faults and parts requiring refurbishment or replacement
  • Rebuilding pumps to OEM condition
  • Verifying proper assembly through recording objective quality evidence
Requirements:
  • Trade Certificate - Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • C Class drivers licence
  • Good communication and customer service skills
