Strategic Workforce Partnership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a strategic workforce partner within the Joint Systems Division. As part of this initiative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract top talent in commercial and procurement, integrated logistics support, product management, and project management disciplines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic workforce plans and implement impactful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize expertise in security clearances to ensure compliance and security standards are met.
