Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in resource management, project management, or business/delivery operations management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate conflicting situations and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to create structured solutions for unstructured problems.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
