Job Title: Diesel Fitter

Haynes People is seeking a skilled Diesel Fitter to join our team. As a Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and testing hydraulic and lubrication systems on mobile and fixed plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fit-out Company-manufactured products, including hydraulic and lubrication systems and components.
  • Conduct workshop-based repairs, services, overhauls, troubleshooting, and testing of Company-owned and other OEM products.
  • Collaborate with other departments and share information across the organization.

What We Offer:

  • A temporary to permanent position with a Monday to Friday roster.
  • A competitive hourly rate of $65 plus penalties.
  • Weekly pays.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification and experience working in the mining or mining support industry, installing and repairing hydraulic systems.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test.
