Are you looking for a career that makes a real difference? As a Trade Counter Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople with the products they need to succeed.

About The Role
  • As a member of our Trade Counter team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and information about our products, as well as providing quotes both in person and over the phone.

With your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you'll help keep our branch running smoothly by undertaking pick packing and stock control activities. You'll also be responsible for maintaining shop floor displays and ensuring that all information provided is accurate.

We're looking for someone who has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone. If you're a team player who is happy to learn new systems and have a clean, valid driver's licence, we'd love to hear from you.
