- Accurately record and reconcile all transactions.
- Ensure customer service areas remain clean and organized.
- Regularly update knowledge base information to facilitate effective resolution.
- Monitor community satisfaction through customer feedback.
- Offer booking services for council venues.
- Collaborate with staff from other departments for issue resolution.
- Proven expertise in delivering high-quality customer service.
- Strong commitment to customer care and satisfaction.
- Cash handling experience including receipting and reconciliation.
- Demonstrated ability in a Customer Service role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
