Job Title: Taft Counter Representative

As a key member of the trade counter team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and support to plumbers and other tradespeople. Your primary responsibility will be to help customers access the products they need for their projects, while also undertaking other tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the branch.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing customer information about products and services
  • Assisting with quotes and orders
  • Maintaining stock levels and performing pick-packing activities
  • Ensuring a safe and tidy work environment
  • Supporting the delivery of goods to customers as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends
