We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic Perth-based team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project-specific documents and site entry requirements efficiently.
  • Schedule interviews, medicals, and assessments while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Conduct thorough phone screenings and reference checks to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in SuccessFactors and other related systems.
  • Prepare new starter packs and ensure all documentation is completed, collected, and electronically filed.
  • Assist with compliance reporting, including licenses, emergency contacts, insurance, visas, and other essential details.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment or Coordinator Administrator (minimum 3 years).
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is highly valued.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
