We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic Perth-based team.

Key Responsibilities- Manage project-specific documents and site entry requirements efficiently.
- Schedule interviews, medicals, and assessments while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and reference checks to ensure seamless recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate records in SuccessFactors and other related systems.
- Prepare new starter packs and ensure all documentation is completed, collected, and electronically filed.
- Assist with compliance reporting, including licenses, emergency contacts, insurance, visas, and other essential details.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment or Coordinator Administrator (minimum 3 years).
- Experience with SuccessFactors is highly valued.
