Job Title

Lead a team of talented professionals and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job ads to interview negotiations.

The Role

As a senior leader in our recruitment department, you'll guide your team towards high performance and collaboration. You'll ensure a positive work culture by distributing workload fairly and providing inclusive support.

You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement strategic recruitment plans. Your expertise will deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Along with the team, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from writing compelling job descriptions to conducting first-round interviews and negotiating offers.

With a strong understanding of our enterprise agreement and recruitment policies, you'll provide guidance and advice to the team on application and interpretation.

About You

We're seeking a seasoned professional with leadership experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. You should have a passion for mentoring, coaching, and supporting colleagues.

Extensive experience using e-recruitment systems is essential, as well as proven success in sourcing candidates. Previous experience interpreting an enterprise agreement is highly valued.

A collaborative mindset, ability to inspire and motivate, and outstanding communication skills are crucial for this role.
