This role is responsible for delivering high-quality remediation of critical customer data, ensuring seamless support to internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet business objectives across various Key Performance Indicators, set by the Line Manager, through proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Successfully complete KYC refresh, remediation, and OCDD tasks for customers, verifying identification documentation to elevate customer profiles to AML/CTF standards, including supporting all remediation campaigns requiring customer communications.
- Engage in high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions, primarily focused on obtaining identification verification details.
- Collaborate with frontline staff to ensure timely updates of KYC information when customers provide identification documentation in branch.
- Identify and assess risks hindering achievement of role objectives.
- Provide prompt, professional resolution and response to customer complaints.
- Develop a robust risk mindset, applying it to current and future challenges.
- Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service, responding to and managing customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Contribute positively to team performance and culture.
- Understand legal and regulatory requirements and apply them appropriately to the business.
- Utilize Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) effectively, focusing on quality and continuous improvement.
- Accept and provide coaching/training as necessary.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes relevant to the role.
- Exhibit strong customer service, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Maintain attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines.
