This role offers a unique opportunity to work as part of a dynamic Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team in Morphett Vale, Adelaide, South Australia. As a Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health care to children, adolescents, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and delivering therapeutic interventions of a complex nature with children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal consumer care and recovery outcomes.
  • Collaborating with other professional disciplines and organizations to support consumer care and well-being.
  • Providing education, training, and supervision to enhance the skills and knowledge of staff members.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree/registration/qualification for your respective discipline.
  • Extensive clinical experience in treating and managing complex child and adolescent mental health issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions of a complex nature with children, adolescents, and their families.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with individuals and families to achieve positive mental health outcomes.
