Data Support Specialist

We're looking for a seasoned data support specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our enterprise data platforms.

  • Provide level 2/3 support across data platforms and scheduling tools
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL and ETL codebases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across AWS and Snowflake environments
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to training sessions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including Glue, S3, Lambda, RDS, and EC2
  • Experience with Snowflake or Teradata
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL programming languages
  • Control-M experience (or similar workflow management tools)
  • Operational support experience in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of cloud formation or Terraform
  • Exposure to ETL tools such as DBT, Talend, or Informatica
  • Familiarity with SAS environments
