Senior Technical Consultant Job Description

This senior technical consultant role requires a high level of expertise in data and cloud platforms, as well as a deep understanding of marketing technologies and data analytics.

As the primary point of contact for client projects and pre-sales, you will lead our technical team to ensure business objectives are met through technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client stakeholder needs and facilitate negotiation among stakeholders.
  • Provide technical solutions to clients' data and marketing technology objectives.
  • Possess strong knowledge and understanding of business processes from a data-driven perspective.
  • Provide technical expertise for the design, modeling, and implementation of clients' data-related initiatives.
  • Drive analytical marketing strategies and contribute to acquiring and expanding client accounts.
  • Lead technical streams for projects and internal initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide expert knowledge on data analytics and its role in marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for data and marketing technology solutions.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate degree in Computing or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities with a hands-on and full ownership mentality.
  • Passion for big data projects.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to engage with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to lead conversations and think on your feet.
  • Skills and experience in data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and CDPs.
  • Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Knowledge of ETL, real-time data processing, data modeling, data science, and data governance.
  • Experience in marketing automation solutions like SAS, Salesforce, Adobe, Unica, Braze.
