The Financial Information Specialist will support the Stage and Screen accounts receivable credit control team and report to the Finance Operations Leader. The role is responsible for delivering financial information to our customers, improving and creating efficiencies, solving problems, and collecting customer payments of accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Opportunity

Stage and Screen specialises in providing travel management services to the creative, sporting and entertainment industries. Working in a united finance team, the opportunity assists the Stage and Screen brand in transacting of a debtor portfolio within the Australian Corporate Travel division of Flight Centre Travel Group. You will be joining a team of innovative high performers who rely on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement to achieve market leading outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering financial information to our Stage and Screen customers, working with other credit controllers and accounts receivable
  • Supporting Leaders in driving and implementing key strategic initiatives, working culture, and working within key performance indicators/service level agreements
  • Following credit and collection policies and procedures
  • Resolving issues and navigating a complex portfolio of debtors with accounts payable teams
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Previous experience processing client payments, reconciling accounts, monitoring debtor balances or accounts payable experience or candidates with a relevant degree
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of programs, especially Excel
  • A high level of ownership and proven teamwork skills
  • Organised and experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communications skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Bonus: Passion for film, TV, Sport, Creative or Music industries
