About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Data Migration Specialist to join our team. As part of our organization's digital transformation, you'll be responsible for migrating high-quality data into our new platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the most critical components of our transformation journey. You'll collaborate with system owners and subject matter experts to map source data to SAP target structures, drive data migration strategy, and oversee execution in partnership with our System Integrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Mapping and Execution: Collaborate with system owners and SMEs to map source data to SAP target structures, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Strategy Development: Drive data migration strategy and oversee execution in partnership with our System Integrator, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Data Quality Management: Identify data gaps, quality issues, and design remediation plans that minimize business risk.
  • Pipeline Management: Lead source-to-target data mapping and manage pipelines across master, reference, and transactional data.
  • Documentation and Accountability: Document all flows, maintain a data issue log, and ensure accountability through clear RACIs.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage risks, issues, and dependencies—reporting to the Transformation Office.
  • Scalable Migration Pipelines: Enable scalable, transparent, and auditable migration pipelines to support program milestones.
Your Background
  • 7+ years of experience in data migration projects, including greenfield SAP S/4HANA programs.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP data structures, data migration tools (e.g., BODS, Syniti, SAP Migration Cockpit) and SQL.
  • Strong communication skills and experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work with system integrators and drive high-quality, on-time migration deliverables.
  • Experience managing risk, dependencies, and reporting progress across complex programs.
  • A proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability.
  • Exposure to Snowflake and other modern data platforms (desirable).
