
Front Office Receptionist

Universal Migration is an established Migration and International Education Firm located in Upper Mount Gravatt. This position is offered on a flexible start and finish time basis (can accommodate school hours).
**About the role**
In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for the Firm and talk to existing clients regarding their individual matters. A high level of customer services is regarded together with the ability to communicate effectively with clients of varying nationalities.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Reception duties and being first point of contact for clients and customers of the firm
- Preparing and maintaining client files, documents, calendar, reminders, appointment and data bases
- Booking and confirming upcoming customer appointment bookings
- Perform other administration duties as required
- Supporting our Consultants and Agents
**Requirements and considerations for this role include**:
- Strong experience in an administration/customer services role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal is required.
- Intermediate level of MS Office is desirable.
- Multi-lingual applicants will be highly considered
