Dynamic Merchandiser Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic merchandiser to join our team in Tasmania. As a casual worker, you will have the opportunity to work in various retail settings throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent top brands in major retailers by effectively merchandising products and ensuring they are ready for sale
  • Restock shelves and check stock levels to maintain optimal inventory
  • Assemble displays and place promotional signage to attract customers
  • Follow planograms (store layouts) to maximize product impact
  • Work independently or as part of a small team to achieve sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with store staff to ensure successful partnerships
The Role: Merchandiser

As a merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in representing top brands in major retailers. Your tasks will include:

  • Executing relay and planogram layouts to optimize product placement
  • Adjusting shelves and placing stock to meet customer demand
  • Obtaining store sign-off to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Submitting timely reports via your smart device to track progress
Requirements for Success:

  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel
