Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced leader to create a safe, secure, and inspiring learning environment for our children. This is an excellent opportunity to build strong relationships with families and the local community while guiding and supporting a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs.
- Lead by example through positivity, professionalism, and bravery
- Promote a culture of excellence and safety
- A minimum of Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it)
- Previous strong leadership experience in an early learning environment or previously held management positions
- Strong knowledge of the 11 Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Valid Working with Children Check (VIC)
