Student System Development Lead

Shape the student experience by enhancing and optimising our systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to elevate processes, data management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Drive innovation in student services by improving core systems and ensuring process improvements, automation, and alignment with strategic goals;
- Lead a team dedicated to advancing student systems, overseeing analysis, configuration, testing, and training;
- Develop a roadmap for ongoing system enhancements, partnering with IT and service users to deliver projects that boost experiences for students and staff;
- Provide expert guidance to senior leaders, supporting initiatives to continually enhance student services and outcomes.
We're seeking a proactive leader skilled at developing and improving student systems and processes. You'll build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, using insights to inform recommendations for student support.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Proven leadership in driving student system improvements and major projects, enhancing user and organisational success.
- Experience leading high-performing teams, fostering engagement and achievement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, offering informed decisions and proactive advice.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Higher Education sector and relevant legislation.
- In-depth understanding of student systems, data, and reporting needs.
