The primary goal of this role is to spearhead the psychological health and safety function, providing expertise and guidance to enhance workplace wellbeing.

  • Lead the redesign of early intervention, injury management, and return-to-work services for employees with work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Offer guidance and supervision for complex case management and high-risk cases.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading psychological health and safety risk management across large organisations.
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in psychological and psychosocial health, safety, and wellbeing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing best practices and contemporary models of injury management support programs.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Designing and implementing effective strategies to promote employee wellbeing.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Key performance indicators will be based on metrics such as:

  • Employee satisfaction rates.
  • Incident reduction rates.
  • Return-to-work rates.
