Role Overview

We seek an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing assessment and therapeutic services to children and their families. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to developing discipline-specific resources, templates, and planning future services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support children's development, while educating families on psychoeducational strategies.
  • Collaborate with allied health clinicians to deliver comprehensive services, including functional capacity and diagnostic assessments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA or an approved body.
  • A valid driver's license (preferably with access to a vehicle).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with children, families, and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savviness, with proficiency in computer software and documentation systems.
  • A growth mindset, eager to attend training and further study, with a willingness to share knowledge with the team.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
