Supply Chain Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to provide essential project support for ongoing projects.

This role will work closely with project teams to ensure remote project sites have necessary power and equipment, thereby ensuring smooth project execution.

About this role:

  • Developing and maintaining structured folder systems within MS SharePoint
  • Auditing material stock levels to identify areas of improvement
  • Reviewing business partner material take-off documentation before package execution to prevent delays
  • Managing procurement schedules and aiding business partners in expediting project equipment and materials
  • Receiving and processing incoming equipment and materials, inspecting them for quality and compliance
  • Ensuring site acceptance compliance and material certification upon delivery to the site

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team environment
  • Proven experience in coordinating logistics and materials on construction projects, with a focus on supply chain management
  • Experience with operation of material handling equipment (High risk license)
  • Project delivery experience is highly beneficial, demonstrating ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Confident computer skills on MS Office suite, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
