Your New Role:
  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end supply of fresh produce into major Australian supermarkets.
  • You will administer weekly price quotes to customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Regularly communicating inventory levels to supermarkets daily is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with Customer Service Operations Manager and Section Leaders on chain orders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Liaising regularly with Category Procurement team and Category Manager to understand supply and demand is vital to making informed decisions.
  • You will build relationships with produce growers and customers to foster strong partnerships.
Requirements:
  • You should have intermediate to advanced Excel skills to effectively manage data.
  • A strong written and verbal communication skillset is essential for success in this role.
  • Innovative and creative nature is a must as you will be required to think outside the box and find solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience in overseeing inventory and distribution in an FMCG environment is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service is paramount.
  • An outgoing and confident nature is necessary for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the procurement process is essential to excel in this role.
