About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled retail professional to join our team as a Relief Store Manager. In this role, you will provide leave coverage for your colleagues based in various remote Aboriginal communities across the Northern Territory and Queensland.

As a Relief Store Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the retail stores and supporting the store team to achieve their key performance indicators (KPI) targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the daily operations of the retail store, including sales, financials, and stock inventory control.
  2. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and service providers in the community.
  3. Assist the business development team in identifying new business opportunities.
  4. Ensure all company assets are maintained to an acceptable standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Stock inventory control and management skills.
  • Community-minded with a passion to make a positive difference.
