We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Tower Assembly & Erection Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in the construction industry and wants to be part of a dynamic project.

The HumeLink West scope involves constructing new 500kV double circuit transmission lines over 140kms from Wagga Wagga Substation to a new substation at Gugaa, near Gundagai, and a new substation at Maragle for future connection to Snowy 2.0.

This is a fantastic chance to work on a high-profile infrastructure project that will significantly increase the capacity of Australia's eastern electricity network.

About the Role
  • 5 years' experience in a similar role as Tower Assembly & Erection Supervisor
  • Trade Qualification
  • Strong communication skills (oral & written), negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently, organise, prioritise, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, email
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe completion of tower assembly and erection activities, including planning, coordinating, and supervising teams of contractors and labourers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive construction quality and/or completions experience
  • Knowledge of Australian and International standards
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal/Lead Auditor certification
  • Experience in quality inspection in renewable/utility EPCM projects
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance
