About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of data across multiple defence bases.

  • You will oversee the loading, verification, and validation of data in our systems, conducting regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintaining and controlling all project-related documents within our document management system.
  • Generating and distributing reports as required, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in data coordination or a similar role, particularly within a Defence or large-scale project environment.
  • Familiarity with our systems is highly regarded.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
