About the Role- We're seeking an Analyst who can bridge the gap between our clients' business needs and our platform's capabilities.
- This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills, adept at defining and shaping requirements across multiple teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a technology business, crossing operational and product domains. They should be skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements, enabling engineering teams to develop solutions iteratively.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit and document client requirements, bringing them together into coherent artifacts that can be disseminated and passed to product teams.
- Process mapping and engineering, focusing on elements of processes and journeys specific to the client.
- Be the authoritative source of information within Kaluza for how the clients' business processes operate.
- Document industry processes and map interaction points with the Kaluza platform.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, bringing together Kaluza's product and engineering people with the client.
- Work in partnership with the programme manager and client success manager to ensure platform requirements are delivered to the right quality and solve client problems.
- Experience as an analyst in a technology business, crossing operational and product domains.
- Adept at defining and shaping requirements across multiple product teams.
- Skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Prior experience in the Australian energy sector is beneficial.
- A growth mindset, with the initiative to seek out learning about DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, or system integrations.
