Loan Kit Technician Job Opportunity

As a vital member of our team, you will play a critical role in our Port Melbourne fulfillment center.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Loan Kit Technician to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to life-changing surgical procedures by ensuring healthcare professionals have the right tools at the right time.

  • Pack, dispatch, and track surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist rooms
  • Receive, inspect, and restock returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirements
  • Manage implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical procedures
  • Accurately transact all products in the ERP system, following standard operating procedures

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in kit preparation and inventory management. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously.

The successful candidate will excel in time management and multitasking, balancing competing priorities effectively. If you have proven experience in MedTech loan kit operations, preferably within a Kit Room environment, we encourage you to apply.
