Strategic People Partner

Work with us as a Strategic People Partner to drive business growth and success. You will act as the focal point of all people-related matters for our Construction Materials business unit, providing expert HR consultation and advice to management and employees across the employment life cycle.
You will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that align with our company values and strategic goals. Your role will be to establish trusted and influential relationships with managers and employees at all levels, providing coaching and support to develop their leadership and management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain highly effective stakeholder relationships with business leaders, establishing a reputation for being a trusted advisor and business partner.
- Provide relevant HR data and analytics to inform decision making and drive business outcomes.
- Support management and employees in the interpretation and adherence to applicable industrial instruments, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Coach and support managers and employees in developing their leadership and management capabilities.
- Drive the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, job design, attraction strategies, and participation in interview processes.
- Oversee the onboarding process, supporting people leaders in effectively inducting and orienting new employees.
- Manage employee contracts and expectations, including employment agreements, employment variations, employee leave, remuneration, and other related employment terms and conditions.
- Coach, support, and guide managers to undertake consistent and appropriate performance management processes to promote a high-performance culture.
