Aged Care Cook in Ringwood

Estia Health, a leading provider of aged care services, is seeking an experienced Cook to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Chef with kitchen management, tailoring meals to meet individual needs and preferences, and ensuring residents are provided with healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals.
As a member of our kitchen team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements;
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment;
- Collaborating with the Chef to plan menus and manage inventory;
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and their families;
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification;
- Excellent communication and documentation skills;
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen, preferably in the aged care sector;
- Knowledge of various cuisines and ability to adapt to changing menu requirements;
